Curățenie de primăvara la Posticum!
Așteptăm cu drag prieteni noi, și pe cei care revin la noi, care au mai participat la evenimente culturale, concerte sau vernisaje, și s-au simțit bine, s-au simțit ca acasă la Posticum.
Invităm pe cei care doresc, și pot să se alăture, chiar și pentru câteva ore, micii comunități care va "ataca" sălile comune, geamurile, holurile, și pensiunea ZenHostel cu aspiratoare, mopuri, vopsea și pensule.
Curățenia generală se va realiza împreună cu grupul de meditație One Drop Zen.

Period: 27 - 31 march
Planuri: curățenie generală în clădire și grădină, spălare geamuri, poate chiar și zugrăveala pe alocuri.

We welcome the friends of Posticum, and we welcome the help of those who return for a programme or event and feel that the House is theirs.
The clean-up will be carried out together with the One Drop Zen meditation group in the Posticum community rooms and the guest house (Zen Hostel).

"Servește pacea și liniștea și siguranța țării"
Presa bisericească a Ungariei pe vremea legilor evreilor (1938-1942)
Opera prezentată este o nouă variantă a unui tratat existent, acum transformat în monografie și extins printr-o culegere de texte, care analizează prezentarea în presă a celor cinci legi referitoare la evrei din perioada 1938-1942. Autorul evaluează această perioadă ca un eșec moral și pierdere a legitimității al bisericilor creștine din Ungaria, deoarece reglementările limitative și privative de drepturi la adresa evreilor, nu a stârnit rezistență din partea bisericilor; în mare parte au fost de acord cu acestea, vrând-nevrând au luat parte la procesul prin care societatea maghiară s-a "acordat pe frecvența" Holocaustului.
Prezentarea va fi compusă din două blocuri a câte 15 minute, în urma ambelor blocuri va avea loc un rezumat de 5 minute în limba română.
Publicul va putea înainta întrebări atât în limba maghiară, cât și în limba română, autorul fiind născut în Transilvania.

The Hungarian Church Press during the Jewish Laws (1938-1942)
Dr. Attila Jakab, historian at the Holocaust Memorial Centre in Budapest, examines the press representation of five Jewish laws from 1938 to 1942.
The author assesses the period as a complete moral bankruptcy and loss of faith of the Christian churches in Hungary, since the restrictive regulations and deprivation of rights imposed on the Jews did not arouse resistance from the churches; they were largely agreed with, and thus contributed, wittingly or unwittingly, to the "attunement" of Hungarian society to the Holocaust.
The presentation consists of 2 x 15-minute blocks in Hungarian, each followed by a 5-minute summary in Romanian.
The audience can ask questions in Romanian and Hungarian.

16 March, 18:00 - C I T E L E P I T S - Reading theatre with Áron Dimény & writer-reader meeting with András Visky

Áron Dimény will read from András Visky's novel, Resettlement, published by Jelenkor, in the Posticum's living room, followed by an informal discussion with András Visky over a cup of fragrant tea. If it gets cool, we'll light the fireplace and let it crackle.
Even those who do not yet have the novel will not be left without a copy: some copies will be available for purchase, but you can also bring your own book to sign.
Go to Posticum. It's also an opportunity to "know and accept each other's realities", to connect, to go from audience to community, every now and then.

Test és Lélek NAP-ok 

Nyitott csoportfoglalkozásainkra szeretettel várjuk mindazokat, akik a lélektan és a spiritualitás feltáró erejével szeretnének testi, lelki természetű nehézségeikre ránézni, a feloldás felé vinni azokat. 

Az egész folyamatra való elköteleződés mellett a csoportterápiás formában működő alkalmak egy-egy blokkján is részt lehet venni.

A csoportalkalmakat vezető szakemberek sajátossága a teljes embert látó szemléletmód, az Istenkapcsolat fontossága, a rendszerszemléletben gondolkozás. Az orvostudomány és a teológia testi és lelki egészség-megőrzésben elért eredményei mellett a gyógyulásban kiemelkedő szerepe van a nem dologi természetű gyógyító erőnek, vallásos szóhasználattal élve istenképűségünknek is, amely mindannyiunkban ott rejlik. Emberi hivatásunk egyik legfontosabbika megtalálni a vele való kapcsolódást, mely által nehézségeink gyógyulásnak indulhatnak, az egész, egészség felé. 

Téma: A BOTRÁNY. Mi lehet botrány? Ha igazságtalanul megaláznak, hamis ítéletet mondanak, intim titkaink kiderülnek, kitárják őket. Rokonok, barátok átvernek, elárulnak. Valami szépet hozunk létre és valami/valaki kárt tesz benne, egy meghitt csendbe valaki tapintatlanul belezajong, egy érzékeny témába beletúrnak. A családunk, vagy valaki más botrányos helyzetet hoz létre.

Vendégünk Dr. Barcsay András, pszichiáter és pszichoterapeuta szakorvos, Brechler Adrienn craniosacralis terapeuta és Dr. Mézes Zsolt László evangélikus lelkész, mentálhigiénés szakember.

Ecstatic Dance Oradea: Cacao Ceremony and Live DJ Set w/ Maatus Pealler

Ecstatic dance is a form of meditation that invites the listener to move consciously and freely guided by the sound of music. Dance is an offering that we bring to our well-being. Through dance we become whole, we learn to be free and we heal ourselves. 

The event begins with a cacao ceremony that helps us open up and connect with those around us, with the space that we are in and with the present. The healing proprieties of this plant and its ability to energize the body and clear the mind have been known since the time of the Maya civilization.

The ceremonial grade cacao that we offer comes from Peru. Because it is not heavily processed, it retains most of its properties, unlike the regular cacao found in commerce. Besides magnesium, iron, calcium and B vitamins, cacao contains a special ingredient, theobromine, which is a bitter, diuretic alkaloid that stimulates the heart.

After the cacao ceremony that will be prepared by Diana comes a guided warm-up with Petra through which we prepare our body for dancing and we find our place under the wooden vault of the Posticum chapel, the spiritual and harmonious oasis that will accommodate us for three hours.

The musical journey will be guided by Andrei, known by his stage name Maatus Pealler, who is a storyteller that weaves in his DJ sets authentic music from all over the world.

Dansul conștient sau extatic este o formă de meditație în care participanții sunt invitați să se miște liber sub vraja muzicii. Dansul este o ofrandă pe care o aducem bunăstării noastre. Prin dans ne întregim, învățăm să fim liberi și ne vindecăm.

Evenimentul începe cu o ceremonie cu cacao al cărei scop este acela de a ne ajuta să ne deschidem și să ne conectăm cu cei din jurul nostru, cu spațiul în care ne aflăm și cu prezentul. Proprietățile vindecătoare ale acestei plante și puterea ei de a energiza trupul și de a limpezi mintea au fost cunoscute de mii de ani, ea fiind folosită de azteci și mayași în ceremoniile care marcau cele mai importante momente ale vieții.

Cacao de grad ceremonial pe care o oferim vine din Peru. Deoarece este foarte puțin procesată, aceasta își păstrează cea mai mare parte a proprietăților pe care cacao obișnuită le pierde. Pe lângă magneziu, fier, calciu și vitamine B, cacao conține un ingredient special, teobromina, care e un alcaloid amar, diuretic, stimulent pentru inimă și vasodilatator.

După ceremonia cu cacao pregătită de Diana urmează o încălzire ghidată cu Petra prin care ne pregătim corpul pentru dans și ne găsim locul sub bolta de lemn a capelei Posticum, oaza de spiritualitate, pace și armonie care ne va găzdui timp de trei ore.

Călătoria muzicală va fi susținută de Andrei, pe numele lui de scenă Maatus Pealler, un făuritor de povești sonore care împletește în seturile sale muzici culese de prin toate colțurile lumii.

Az extatic dance a meditáció egyik formája, amely tudatos és szabad mozgásra hívja a hallgatót a zene hangjától vezérelve. A tánc egy olyan felajánlás, amelyet a jólétünk érdekében hozunk. A tánc által teljessé válunk, megtanulunk szabadok lenni és gyógyítjuk magunkat.
