Psychotherapy integration camps

"It gives me hope that there are still places like this; it's like living in the wish-world of my adolescence: on the way to the Grail, I suddenly find a friendly refuge-house where I can find strength again, because here they 'know something'. Thank you - hope to see you again."

Dr. Tamás Vekerdy: Impressed at Posticum: 28 March 2014.

Our camps

1. NOAH'S ARK - TOGETHER WITH THE FAMILY
21 - 23 February 2026.
Together, families find inner peace, rediscover each other and find strength to face the challenges of everyday life. This camp is a refuge like Noah's ark during the flood, offering safety and guidance in the turbulent times of life.

2. FLOWLY Integration Camp
18 July - 3 August 2026.
To recover from career insecurity, cluelessness, unemployment or other life crises, bereavement, burnout, addiction, depression, to get back on track and back to life. We give time and space for rebirth, empowerment and inner growth. The FLOWLY camp philosophy is based on natural life flow and slowed down living, where participants can find balance at their own pace.

3. PROCESSING TRAUMA CAUSED BY FALSE IMAGES OF GOD
26 - 28 September 2026.
Healing from religious and ecclesial trauma. We try to process traumas caused by church communities, religious systems or fanatical belief systems. We will take steps towards a deeper understanding of the concepts of "false god image" and "god poisoning", recognising the spiritual distortions that these belief systems have created. We attempt a spirituality free from fear, shame, guilt and manipulation. We rebuild a healthy self-image and self-identity.

Noah's Ark - together with the family

Psychotherapy camp for families

21 - 23 February 2026.
Psychotherapy-integration camps in the Posticum for families, children and adults

Aim: to experience the importance of family therapy
As with Noah's Ark, you will experience the power of travelling together, of healing "hand in hand". Throughout the long weekend, participants will experience that to achieve true healing and inner peace, family members must work together and support each other. This togetherness is a refuge in the turbulence of everyday life - a place to draw strength from each other and to recognise the value of family bonds.

Journey towards the Overself
Imagine a three-day programme where families can explore their inner peace together, reconnect with each other and find strength to face everyday challenges. Like Noah's ark during the flood, this programme will offer families safety and guidance in difficult times.

Goals for the long weekend:
- Finding the centre: helping participants to get closer to themselves and to each other.
- Consciousness and subconscious: we teach techniques that work more deeply, not only on the conscious mind, but also on the subconscious layers, facilitating long-term change and spiritual healing.
- Oneness and connection: understanding and experiencing that we are all connected - not just to our family, but to all of humanity and to the created world.

Why is this important?
Everyone has the question, "Who am I?" Throughout life we take on many identities, but these are often false images. The camp helps us let go of these and connect with our true selves. As Kierkegaard said, "man is madly searching for himself". This time is a great opportunity to discover our true nature and free ourselves from the limiting emotional patterns that hold us back.

Content of the programme:
- Psychotherapy sessions: group and individual therapies that support self-awareness and emotional stability.
- Family exercises: interactive, shared activities that strengthen family bonds.
- Meditation and stillness: experiencing inner stillness, which helps you to get rid of everyday stress and negativity.
- Personal development: healing the inner child, deepening our understanding of ourselves and our relationships.

Who is the programme for?
This weekend is open to all families, especially those who:
- are struggling with psychological challenges and want to learn about the healing power of family therapy,
- deepen their family ties,
- for adults who are in the midst of burnout or self-seeking,
- for children, who can experience personalised therapy sessions.

Why choose Noah's Ark?
Life's turbulent times are inevitable, but together, as a family, we can learn to draw strength from them. Just as Noah's ark saved lives, we want families to find inner balance in this shared space. The journey you are on can bring new foundations of connection, not only on an individual level, but also on a community level.

FLOWLY Integration Camp

Gradually finding your way back to life from the isolation caused by cluelessness, burnout and depression

18 July - 3 August 2026.
This camp is a refuge where we give time and space for rebirth, empowerment and inner growth. The FLOWLY camp philosophy is based on natural life flow and a slowed down lifestyle where participants can find balance at their own pace.

The word Flowly symbolises the mission of the camp:
- Slowly - moving slowly, giving time for inner peace and self-discovery.
- Flow - allowing the natural flow of life to guide us, in harmony with our inner world.
- Flower- we focus on our personal flowering, which is part of the cycle of nature.

The target group of the camp:
We are looking for adults who are facing the following challenges:
- Uncertainty about career choices, confusion after leaving school.
- Discontinued training, unemployment or the risk of unemployment.
- Re-entry after an accident or illness, reintegration.
- Life crises (bereavement, burnout).
- Addiction

The aim of the camp:
- Stabilising and developing integration, work and employability skills.
- Developing social and methodological skills.
- Spiritual and personal development, aiming at self-awareness, spiritual awareness and strengthening community values.

Our programme:
- 2 hours a day of community work (cleaning, cooking together) with low threshold expectations, allowing for gradual progress.
- Regular group meditations and meetings with different focal points such as sharing, creative projects, coaching and workshops.
- Supportive daily rituals such as meditation, yoga, chikung and other relaxation and breathing exercises
- Psychotherapeutic support, stuckness

Camp FLOWLY aims to help you rediscover your inner balance and community connections. A place where you can discover yourself without judgement, and where you can experience that you too can flourish in the natural flow of the world.

Processing trauma caused by false images of God

Healing from religious and ecclesial trauma

26 - 28 September 2026.

Church manifestations, false images of God, religious fanaticism often leave deep scars on the soul. Many people have faced the pain of these experiences in their lives and find it difficult to find their inner peace, their way back to themselves. In this camp, we provide an opportunity for this type of trauma to heal and to build a new, healthy relationship with oneself and the world.

The aim of the camp:
- To help participants come to terms with the trauma caused by church communities, religious systems or fanatical belief systems.
- A deeper understanding of the concepts of "false god image" and "god poisoning", recognising the spiritual distortions that these belief systems have created.
- To find your way back to a spiritual path free from fear, shame, guilt and manipulation.
- Rebuild a healthy self-image and self-identity, regardless of previous religious experiences.

What does the camp offer?
- Group and individual therapies: participants can work through the wounds of religious trauma with the help of therapists. Group discussions, individual psychotherapy and coaching are also available.
- Shared spiritual practices: meditations, silent retreats and shared rituals to help you quieten, find inner peace and connect with yourself and others.
- Self-knowledge work: dismantling false images of God, healing the inner child and finding your own spiritual path.
- Harmony of body and mind: yoga, chikung, breathing exercises and movement therapies to help restore the balance between body and mind.

The camp programme:
Introductory session 1: Understanding the nature and effects of religious trauma, the phenomenon of poisoning of the gods through the work of Béla Hamvas and other thinkers.
2. Individual and group therapy sessions: deep inner work in which participants are given the opportunity to process and share their traumas.
3. Spiritual reinterpretation: rebuilding a positive, love-based image of God and spiritual relationship.
4. Silent retreat: experiencing the inner silence that helps in spiritual rebirth and finding the path to self after trauma.
5. Creative exercises: painting, writing or other artistic activities that help to express and process mental processes.

Who is the camp for?
- For those who carry deep spiritual wounds from past religious experiences and wish to heal from them.
- For those who want to reconnect with spirituality in a way that is free from fear and guilt.
- For those who feel that their past religious traumas are affecting their current life, relationships and identity.

Why choose this camp?
Religious traumas can become deeply embedded in our psyche, and if we don't process them they can affect the rest of our lives.

This camp provides an opportunity to heal, find inner peace and develop a new, healthy spiritual relationship. With the support of therapists and spiritual guides, the power of group dynamics and a spiritual force field, participants have the opportunity to heal on a deeper level.
Come and start a new life free from the burdens of the past, find your way back to yourself and to a spirituality that is truly based on love and acceptance!

A Posticum
- island on the mainland -

Posticum Oradea is a non-denominational, open-minded spiritual, cultural centre and guest house.
The Posticum is open to all, because it is not just a place, but a space where the human soul can find itself in silence and harmony. The shapes of the buildings are like mirrors of the inner world: they invite you to contemplate and relax at the same time, to discover balance. Situated in the suburbs of Oradea, it is a special spot, an island in the mainland.
Individual and spacious family rooms and spaces await visitors, who can step out of the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enter this spiritual sanctuary. In the West, it is common to find places of healing and relaxation, but here, in Romania and Hungary, this is perhaps the first initiative of its kind.
Guests can take part in community activities such as yoga, dance or Zen meditation, where body and soul come together. They can experience the depths of relaxation through chi-kong and sound baths. Our guesthouse is a home of relaxation and inner renewal. We welcome you with love.
