Psychotherapeutic integration camps

“It gives me hope that there are more places like this; as if I were living in the dream world of my adolescence: on the way to the Grail, suddenly there is a friendly refuge-house, where I draw strength again, because here they 'know something'. Thank you - we hope to see you again."

Dr. Tamás Vekerdy: Impressed in the Posticum: March 28, 2014.

Our camps

1. NOAH'S ARK - WITH THE FAMILY
February 21 - 23, 2025
Families find inner peace together, rediscover each other and gain strength for everyday challenges. This camp is a refuge like Noah's Ark was during the flood: it provides security and guidance in stormy life situations.

2. FLOWLY Integration Camp
July 18 - August 3, 2025
To get stronger and find your way back into life from stagnation caused by career uncertainty, bewilderment, unemployment, or other crises in life situations, grief, burnout, addiction, depression. We give time and space for rebirth, strengthening and inner growth. The philosophy of the FLOWLY camp is based on the natural flow of life and a slowed-down lifestyle, where participants can find balance at their own pace.

3. PROCESSING TRAUMA CAUSED BY FALSE IMAGES OF GOD
September 26 – 28, 2025
Healing from religious and church traumatization. We try to process the traumas caused by church communities, religious systems or fanatical belief systems. We are taking steps towards a deeper understanding of the concepts of "false god image" and "god poisoning", recognizing the spiritual distortions these belief systems have created. We are attempting a spirituality that is free from fear, shame, guilt and manipulation. We rebuild a healthy self-image and self-identity.

Noah's Ark - together with the family

Psychotherapy camp for families

February 21 - 23, 2025
Psychotherapy-integration camps in the Posticum for families, children and adults

Goal: to experience the importance of family therapy
As with Noah's ark, here too you can experience the healing power of traveling together, "hand in hand". During the long weekend, participants can experience that in order to achieve true healing and inner peace, family members must work together and support each other. This togetherness is a refuge in the storms of everyday life - a place where we can draw strength from each other and recognize the value of family ties.

A journey towards the self
Imagine a three-day program where families can discover their inner peace together, reconnect with each other, and gain strength for the challenges of everyday life. Like Noah's ark during the flood, this program also provides safety and guidance to families in difficult life situations.

Goals of the long weekend:
– Finding the center: we help the participants to get closer to themselves and to each other.
– Consciousness and subconsciousness: we teach techniques that have a deeper effect, not only on the conscious mind, but also on the subconscious layers, thus promoting long-term change and spiritual healing.
– Unity and connection: We understand and experience that we are all connected – not only to our family, but to all of humanity and the created world.

Why is this important?
Everyone has the question: "Who am I?" We take on many identities throughout life, but these are often false images. The camp helps us to let go of these and connect with our true selves. As Kierkegaard said, "man is madly in search of himself." This period is a great opportunity to discover our true nature and break free from limiting emotional patterns that hold us back.

The content of the program:
– Psychotherapy sessions: Group and individual therapies that support self-awareness and emotional stability.
– Family exercises: Interactive, joint activities that strengthen family bonds.
– Meditation and silence: Experiencing inner silence that helps you get rid of everyday stress and negativity.
– Personal development: Healing the inner child, deeper understanding of ourselves and our relationships.

Who is the program for?
This weekend is open to all families, especially those who:
- they struggle with psychological challenges and want to learn about the healing power of family therapy,
- they would deepen their family relationships,
– for adults who are in the midst of burnout or self-discovery,
– for children, who can learn about personalized therapy sessions.

Why choose the Noah's Ark program?
Stormy periods in life are inevitable, but together, as a family, we can learn to draw strength from them. Just as Noah's ark saved lives, we also want families to find inner balance in this shared space. The path you are taking can put your relationship on a new footing not only on an individual level, but also on a community level.

FLOWLY Integration Camp

Gradually finding your way back into life from the seclusion caused by bewilderment, burnout, and depression

July 18 - August 3, 2025
This camp is a refuge where we give time and space for rebirth, strengthening and inner growth. The philosophy of the FLOWLY camp is based on the natural flow of life and a slowed-down lifestyle, where participants can find balance at their own pace.

The word composition Flowly symbolizes the mission of the camp:
- Slowly - we move slowly, giving time for inner peace and self-discovery.
- Flow - we let the natural flow of life guide us, in harmony with our inner world.
– Flower – we focus on our personal flowering, which is part of the cycle of nature.

The target group of the camp:
We are looking for adults who face the following challenges:
– Uncertainty about career choice, confusion after completing school studies.
– Interrupted training, unemployment or the threat thereof.
– Starting over after an accident or illness, reintegration.
– Life situation crises (grief, burnout).
- Addiction

The purpose of the camp:
– Stabilization and development of integration, work and employment skills.
– Development of social and methodological skills.
– Spiritual and personal development, which aims at self-knowledge, spiritual awareness and the strengthening of community values.

Our program:
– 2 hours of community work per day (cleaning, cooking together), with low threshold expectations, enabling gradual development.
– Regular group meditations and meetings with different focal points such as sharing, creative projects, coaching and workshops.
– Supporting daily rituals such as meditation, yoga, qigong, and other relaxation and breathing exercises
– Psychotherapeutic support, the blockage

The goal of the FLOWLY camp is to help you find your inner balance and social connections again. A place where you can discover yourself without judgement, and where you can experience that you too can flourish in the natural flow of the world.

Processing trauma caused by false images of God

Healing from religious and church traumatization

September 26 – 28, 2025

Church manifestations, false images of God, and religious fanaticism often leave behind deep spiritual wounds. Many people have faced the pain caused by these experiences during their lives, and find it difficult to find their inner peace, the path to themselves. In this camp, we provide an opportunity for this type of trauma to heal and for a new, healthy relationship to be built with ourselves and the world.

The purpose of the camp:
– To help the participants process the traumas caused by church communities, religious systems or fanatical belief systems.
- A deeper understanding of the concepts of "false god image" and "god poisoning", recognizing the spiritual distortions that these belief systems have created.
– To find your way back to a spiritual path that is free from fear, shame, guilt and manipulation.
– To rebuild a healthy self-image and self-identity, regardless of previous religious experiences.

What does the camp offer?
– Group and individual therapies: With the help of therapists, participants can process the wounds acquired during religious trauma. Group discussions, individual psychotherapy and coaching are also available.
– Shared spiritual practices: Meditations, silent retreats and shared rituals that help us quiet down, find inner peace and connect with ourselves and others.
- Self-awareness work: Breaking down false images of God, healing the inner child and finding one's own spiritual path.
- Harmony of body and soul: Yoga, qigong, breathing exercises and movement therapies that help restore physical and mental balance.

The program of the camp:
1. Introductory session: Understanding the nature and effects of religious trauma, the phenomenon of god poisoning following Béla Hamvas and other thinkers.
2. Individual and group therapy sessions: Deep inner work, during which the participants get the opportunity to process and share their traumas.
3. Spiritual reinterpretation: Reconstruction of the positive, love-based image of God and spiritual relationship.
4. Silent retreat: Experiencing inner silence, which helps in spiritual rebirth and finding an independent path after trauma.
5. Creative exercises: Painting, writing or other artistic activities that help express and process mental processes.

Who do we recommend the camp to?
– For those who carry deep spiritual wounds from their previous religious experiences and want to heal from them.
– For those who want to reconnect with spirituality in a way that is free of fear and guilt.
– For those who feel that their past religious traumas are affecting their current life, relationships and self-identity.

Why choose this camp?
Religious traumas can be deeply embedded in our souls and if we do not process them them, they can affect our whole life.

This camp provides an opportunity to heal, find inner peace and develop a new, healthy spiritual relationship. With the support of therapists and spiritual leaders, the power of group dynamics and a spiritual force field, it is possible for participants to heal on a deeper level.
Come and start a new life free from the burdens of the past, find yourself back and a spirituality that is truly based on love and acceptance!

The Posticum
- island on the mainland -

The Posticum in Nagyvárad is a spiritual, cultural center and guest house with an open spirit independent of religions.
The door of the Posticum is open to everyone, as it is not just a place, but a space where the human soul can find itself in silence and harmony. The shapes of the buildings seem to be mirrors of the inner world: they invite both immersion and relaxation, the discovery of balance. It is located in the garden city of Nagyvárad, a special spot of color, an island on the mainland.
Individual and spacious family rooms await visitors, who can escape from the rush of everyday life and enter this spiritual refuge. In the West, it is common for places of healing and relaxation to merge, but here, in Romania and Hungary, this is perhaps the first such initiative.
Guests can participate in community programs such as yoga, dance, or Zen meditation, where the body and soul come into harmony. You can experience the depths of relaxation through qigong and the sound bath. Our guest house is the home of relaxation and inner renewal. We look forward to seeing you.
